Psychological and/or relationship problems are common, and at some point many people experience difficulties which might benefit from professional help. Thinking you might like to see a psychologist does not mean that you are ‘weak’ or can’t deal with your problems on your own.

Instead, recognising that you may need assistance is quite brave and an important first step toward fixing your problems on your own.
